Save Room for Dessert

I'm working on being more grateful lately.  And why not, there's so much to be thankful for.  And today, I'm thankful for French Pastry Chefs, for they can turn a simple peach into works of art like this...


And as if that weren't miraculous enough, they can make sugar do THIS...
